About Care Training Services
Care Training Services was established in 2011 with the aim of providing outstanding training in the Health and Social Care sector. All our training is delivered by practicing Health & Social Care professionals who understand the challenges faced by frontline staff, managers, operations and company directors.

We appreciate that having a qualified and committed workforce can be challenging when facing staff shortages, time pressures and budget limitations. This is why Care Training Services ensures that all our training meets the standards set out by CQC and Ofsted and can be demonstrated in order to meet inspection criteria.
Along with mandatory training, we also offer bespoke training. We can incorporate your organisation’s Policy & Procedures, standard practices and working documentation into the training, to aid the learning experience and give you the peace of mind that your workforce is working in line with legislation and good practice guidelines.
